Ah mate, bloody van pushing his way through! Looks like your front wheel locked up on the wet road? Is there no damage to the paint work? Fingers crossed just the peg and clutch lever....

The back wheel was locked up for about 2 or 3 menters. Felt like a long time. I think the front may have had but Im not sure. But no scruffs to trousers, jacket, helmet or gloves so I'm pretty happy. Not even a shore shoulder the next day. Probably because I layed it down once I stopped.

Glad to hear that you are OK.

Sorry, but you cannot lay all the blame at the door of the van driver. He committed to going past the stationary vehicle when you were still some distance away, and you should have anticipated the potential of vehicles pulling out and rolled off the throttle and scarificed a bit of position.

Had I been investigating this crash (which is what I do for a living) I would have advised split liability of 50/50 at best.

It is better to arrive 30 seconds late in this world than 30 years early in the next
